Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the best possible service in order to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary results in their health and fitness journeys. – This is how we are able to impact the lives of our members, employees, and the community.
Core Values
Beliefs
We hold firmly to our faith in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, recognizing that our relationship with Him shapes our identity, directs our actions, and influences every aspect of our lives. Through this relationship, we find purpose and strive to live in a way that reflects His love, truth, and glory.
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:6)
Worship and stewardship of the body
We honor our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, caring for our physical and spiritual well-being through balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate rest as an expression of true and proper worship.
As Scripture reminds us:
"I urge you, brothers and sisters... to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship' (Romans 12:1), and, 'Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you...?' (1 Corinthians 6:19)."
Community & Relationships
We value creativity, cooperation, collaboration and participation. We Welcome strangers, serve our community and hold each other accountable. Transformative change can only occur through personal participation
“Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together.” (Hebrews 10:24–25)
Mindset
We cultivate a positive, grateful mindset, giving our full effort as an act of worship and acknowledging God’s grace in each day.
“Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right… think about such things.” (Philippians 4:8)
Movement
We view movement as a gift from God and engage in it intentionally to strengthen the mind–body connection. Our approach to fitness is balanced and celebrates the vitality God empowers us to maintain.
“For in Him we live and move and have our being.” (Acts 17:28)
Nutrition
We nourish our bodies to honor God and support our ability to serve Him effectively. We embrace His provision by choosing minimally processed, nutrient-dense foods found in his creation. Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, dairy, meat, eggs, and fish.
“Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31)
Hydration
Use a filter to clean and trace minerals, sea salt or electrolyte blends to condition your drinking water so it has a neutral PH. Drink roughly half your body weight in ounces of water throughout the day and have a water vessel with you at all times. Drink an additional 4oz for every 15min of physical activity.
“Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst.” (John 4:14)
Sleep Hygiene
We commit to restorative, God-designed rest that renews us and equips us to serve joyfully.
“In vain you rise early and stay up late… for He grants sleep to those He loves.” (Psalm 127:2)
Breath & Posture
We honor the breath of life God has given us by practicing mindful breathing and maintaining strong, upright posture—head up, shoulders wide, guts in.
“Then the Lord God… breathed into his nostrils the breath of life.” (Genesis 2:7)
Environment
We respect and care for the environments entrusted to us—our gym, homes, bodies, and communities—striving to leave every place better than we found it. We steward God’s creation with responsibility and gratitude.
“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” (Genesis 2:15)
Show Up. Work Hard. Change Your Life.
